Toronto Real Estate Experience Since 1999.
Real estate decisions are easier when you have experienced advice, clear communication and someone personally involved from the first conversation through closing.

Experience matters. So does how you use it.
I have worked in Toronto real estate since 1999, helping buyers, sellers, landlords and investors make sense of a market that can change quickly. Over that time I have worked through strong seller’s markets, buyer’s markets, changing interest-rate environments, condo booms, slower markets and just about every negotiating situation in between.
Experience is useful because it provides perspective. My role is to take the information in front of us, explain what matters, identify the risks and opportunities, and help you make a decision that makes sense for you.
Clear advice. Personal service. No unnecessary pressure.
01
Straight Answers
I would rather explain what I actually see in the market than tell a client what I think they want to hear.
02
Preparation First
Pricing, financing, comparable sales, documents and strategy should be understood before an important decision has to be made.
03
Strong Negotiation
Good negotiation begins long before an offer is signed. It comes from understanding the property, the market and the other side’s position.
04
Personal Involvement
I stay directly involved in the important decisions and details rather than handing your transaction off once the paperwork begins.
East Coast roots. Toronto experience.
I was born in Fredericton, New Brunswick, spent time in Edmonton and have called Toronto home for more than three decades. That combination probably explains a lot about how I approach business: work hard, be straightforward and treat people properly.
Toronto is a collection of very different communities, buildings and housing markets. Understanding those differences is one of the parts of the job I continue to enjoy most.

A long track record in Toronto real estate.
Over the years my work has been recognized with a number of real estate production awards, including Royal LePage’s Award of Excellence – Lifetime, Diamond, Director’s Platinum and President’s Gold awards.
Awards are appreciated, but they are not the reason clients should choose a REALTOR®. The more important measure is whether you receive good advice, careful representation and strong service when it matters.
“Jarrett is great! He’s very knowledgeable and knows the condo market inside and out.”
RE/MAX Your Community Realty
I am a Realtor® with RE/MAX Your Community Realty, serving clients throughout Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area.
My primary focus remains straightforward: personal representation, informed advice and a real estate strategy built around the client’s objectives rather than a one-size-fits-all process.
Real estate information you can use before we ever meet.
I built Jarrett.ca to provide useful Toronto real estate information for homeowners, buyers, sellers, condo owners, landlords and investors.
